A society free from environmental degradation were all women are economically independent and empowered
In 2016-2017, I was privileged to work as the National District Coordinator in the President's Post-Ebola Recovery initiative; during this period, I worked with all 149 Paramount Chiefs. I organised all of the country's 2,305 Section Chiefs; We worked across the country's 14 district councils, 54 government ministries, departments and agencies to monitor and supervise over 4,000 different projects.
As a private sector participant, spent the last 15 years working in communities across Sierra Leone. Partnered with local and international not-for-profit organisations. As the founder of FLS Academy Technical Training College , supported by GIZ and Endev, I delivered entrepreneurship and functional adult literacy training to over 3,000 women and youths, as well as solar PV training to over 600 youths in rural communities across Sierra Leone.
In 2016, co-founded FLSPower as an Energy Service Company to capitalise on renewable energy trends in the Mano River Union sub-region. Since then FLS Power has completed over 1MW of stand-alone solar renewable energy and operates three mini-grids serving over 600 households in Sierra Leone. In the UK, I co-founded LetPower Global to source and deliver quality energy solutions
